Abstract

|
|
Granular cell tumors (GCTs) are uncommon benign neurogenic tumors that can be found at any site in the body including the tongue, skin, subcutaneous tissue, breast, gastrointestinal, and urogenital systems. We report here the CT and ultrasonographic findings of a case of granular cell tumor that occurred in the abdominal wall of a 44-year-old woman.
